3 Birthdays

Starting in April with my birthday, we have a birthday every 6 days. I turned 31 this year and am officially in my thirties! AHHH! Ryan kept giving me a hard time but on his next birthday he will be 35 and will be in his mid-thirties so you can bet I am going to be give him a hard time in September! Ryan was gone on business for 2 weeks and missed every ones birthday but JT's. But him and the kids gave me a gift certificate to Bath and Body Works which I am very excited about. A good friend made me a cake and had us over that night.

6 days later we celebrated Lindee turning 2! She is talking more everyday and I am proud to announce that she is officially potty trained. We still use a diaper at night, but that is it! I don't know what to do with myself with no diaper bag. I guess it is time to get a bigger purse! Lindee is such a good little girl. She just goes along with everything. She can be aggressive and bits her siblings now and then, but we still love her and glad that she has completed our family.

What is it?......
....A bubble maker!
We went to Jill's house the weekend after Lindee's birthday and got to see Kamber's dance recital. She did a great job, broken wrist and all. We left Grandma Susie and Grandpa Howie at Jill's house and went and saw How to Train Your Dragon since that is what JT really wanted to see for his birthday. Ryan got home before we did and he had a chocolate cake all decorated like How to Train Your Dragon movie for JT's birthday.

JT is still into Cars and video games. If I would let him he would play video games all day. Sometimes I have to persuade him to go outside. But once he is outside he loves to ride his bike and play at the playground. JT was so excited to be 5 because now he gets to go to school with the older kids. He got his Kindergarten shots and we found out that he is a lot shorter than the other kids were at his age. He might be the smallest, but we still love him.

A race car track, just what he needed!

Catch up!

I am finally updating. We have been having problems with our computer. Hopefully it is all fixed now. So enjoy the next several posts!

Easter

We had a great time coloring eggs this year. This was Lindee's first year of coloring eggs. She would pick up an egg and drop it in the dye and would usually break the egg!! But she still had a blast.

At our community Easter Egg Hung, JT won a prize again. Last year he won a bike. He is so lucky.I love the hat that Jenna is wearing. They were suppose to be for Easter, but I couldn't wait and gave them to the girls a week before. So cute! JT is wearing the bunny ears that he made in preschool!

Spring Break!

Our spring break was for 10 days. So I decided to take a little vacation of my own with the kids to help pass the time. I took them to Bear Lake to one of our time share properties for 3 days. It was a little cold but it didn't stop us from going to the beach to play. They had a really nice indoor pool and spa. I didn't take any picture of us playing in the pool because it was a little hard to watch a 4 and 2 year old while taking pictures!

The first day that we got there was nice and the kids decided to eat out side. I thought it was cold! There was nice view of the lake.

Playing Attack Uno!

Snowman and sand castles

The weather has been so crazy. It snowed all day one Saturday and we made a huge snowman.

Then 5 days later it was so nice that the kids were outside without coats or shoes. The sand was just right in the sandbox that they had a sandcastle contest to see who could make the most creative sandcastle. I think they all did a great job!

Meat and Piano

Ryan went hunting but didn't shot anything. We were a little bummed that we wouldn't have a freezer full of meat. But then we heard of a butcher shop that sold meat that people hadn't come and picked up. So we got a deer and an elk and a freezer full of meat!
I put batteries in the keyboard the other day and Lindee had a blast with it. Good think it has a volume control with it! Notice her crazy hair. If I don't put anything it, it looks like her hair is on fire! She is going to hate her natural curly hair when she is older, but it sure is cute now!

Geckos

Luke really wanted a gecko for his birthday, but he didn't get it. We told him we would pay for half of it if he could save up the other half. He decided to use his birthday money and so we went and picked some out.
As they get bigger they will get spots on them and change colors. They have been a lot of fun. The kids names them Alvin and Britney. We had just seen Alvin and the Chipmunks 2. We don't know the sex of them yet.
