This past week was Spring Break. I was a little worried about it because we didn't really have anything planned. I thought the kids would fight all day and drive me crazy, but they didn't. We had a really great time. We flew kites, had picnics, went to the dollar store, played at the park, make slime and gak, and watched movies. I was actually sad when the week was over. During the week Dugway had their annual Easter Egg hunt. The Easter bunny came and the kids picked up lots of eggs. They also had a drawing for 2 bikes and a stuffed bunny. And JT won one of the bikes! I couldn't believe it when they called out his name.

This bike has been fun for JT to ride. It is a little different than what we would have bought but JT thinks it is cool.

Luke has been a little bit jealous but JT has been a good sport and has let Luke ride it.
On Saturday we decorated eggs. The kids always enjoy this. Luckily all of the dye came off in the bath that night.

Easter morning we woke up and the kids found the resurrection eggs hidden in the living room. We hide numbered eggs that have items in them that help us remember what Easter is really about. And of the course the last egg is empty to represent the empty tomb. Then the kids noticed that there were eggs outside and went and found what the Easter bunny had left them.

Lindee didn't get in on all of the action but she did find a ball just for her. Easter afternoon we had Jeff and Neeley's family over for Easter dinner. The kids played really well and the adults played the Farming Game (if you have never played it it is so much fun. It is kind of like monopoly only you are a farmer and get to harvest the things you buy as you go around the board). We played for 5 hours and still didn't really finish! We had a great Easter and we hope you all did too!

What a fun Easter weekend! Way to go JT! That even looks like a fun bike at my age! The kids look so cute in their Easter clothes, and Jenna's hair, beautiful!
